Supervisory Committee
Independent monitoring and reflection on the course and impact of CIIIC
The Supervisory Committee of CIIIC oversees the quality, relevance, and societal impact of the program. As an independent body, the committee advises the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW) on strategic decisions and monitors the progress of CIIIC's mission: to strengthen the Dutch immersive experience (IX) ecosystem.
The committee consists of six members with diverse expertise. Together, they provide a broad perspective on the role of immersive technologies in society: from a safe online environment and climate awareness to innovation in healthcare, the museum sector, the Industrial Metaverse, and future-proof labor market development.
The committee meets regularly and is appointed for the duration of the program (2025–2029).
