Matchmaking event for ADRIE consortia
On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the Creative Industries Fund NL, in collaboration with CIIIC, is organizing a matchmaking event as part of the Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences (ADRIE) Scheme, of which application round 2A will open in the spring of 2026. This scheme is aimed at newly forming consortia of creators, producers, institutions, and researchers. Register for this event by January 6, 2026, at the latest.
The matchmaking event is intended to introduce parties that belong to the target group of the scheme to each other and to initiate the formation or expansion of collaborations. Together, the parties within the consortium can contribute to the development and innovation within the Dutch IX field. The consortia should focus on artistic and design research in the development and application of immersive experiences.
The event, which takes place in Utrecht, will consist of a plenary section and a matchmaking section. In the plenary section, the ADRIE scheme will be extensively explained by subsidy specialists from the Creative Industries Fund NL. Program Director Heleen Rouw will also discuss the broader opportunities within the Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition (CIIIC). During the matchmaking section, various discussion tables will be prepared based on previously submitted themes.
About the scheme
The subsidy page of the Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences Scheme will soon be updated for round 2A. Currently, the page contains documents and information from the closed application round 1A (2025). Therefore, you cannot yet start preparing for application round 2A, but you can view the page to get an idea of the scheme. Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter for the latest news regarding the scheme. We will also mention when the subsidy page is provided with the correct information and new documents for round 2A.
