From December 8 to 10, 2025, CIIIC will be present at United XR Europe in Brussels; the European event for XR, immersive media, and creative technology.
With our participation, we enhance the international visibility of the Dutch immersive community and focus on public values in the development of IX. We warmly invite you to actively participate in our activities!
Our Activities
Breakfast sessions
Start your day with one of our inspiring breakfast sessions (08.30–09.30), organized in collaboration with EIT:
- December 9: Breakfast Session: The Art of IX in International Cooperation
- December 10: Breakfast Session: Attribution of IX in International Health Care
During these sessions, we discuss the role of international cooperation and innovation in IX and healthcare. The sessions provide space to exchange ideas, make new contacts, and start the day energetically. Participation is by registration via our community platform.
Pitches & lunch: Meet the Dutch Creators
On December 10, five selected initiatives will present their vision to showcase the breadth and quality of the Dutch IX field. This will be followed by a joint lunch to network and exchange ideas.

Interviews & panels at the CIIIC stand
During all exhibition days, CIIIC will organize studio interviews and mini-panels about public values in XR at the stand.

Lunch & reception at the Dutch embassy
On Monday, December 8, we will organize a lunch and reception in collaboration with ROM Utrecht, combined with a company visit to a healthcare institution applying XR. Register via ROM Utrecht.
Joint dinner
End the day on Tuesday, December 9 with colleagues and partners during the joint dinner (at your own expense). Register for the dinner.
